I am a fully qualified and registered Relate trained Counsellor and Supervisor with 20 years experience. I am a senior accredited registered member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and my work is governed by their Code of Ethics. I work in private practice and have also worked for Relate in Southampton, Eastleigh and Gosport in their counselling team. I have had considerable success in helping couples to work out and overcome their issues by exploring their relationship in depth and helping them to appreciate and respect their differences, whilst being themselves, whether they are looking to improve their relationship, recover from a crisis or separate. I am a registered member of College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
